Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 22, 2026. Please read this orchestration agreement carefully before using Voxora AI.
Local-First Exclusivity
Voxora is compiled to run fully on your local workstation. We never intercept, redirect, or upload your prompt pipelines or media logs.
Direct API Autonomy
You provide your own API credentials. We add absolute 0% premium markup. All payment obligations are directly between you and your chose AI providers.
Software Sovereignty
Your configurations, workspace databases, and generated digital assets belong entirely to you under a permanent, irreversible local license.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, compiling, introducing, or otherwise running the Voxora AI software build package (the "Software"), you stand bound as an authorized legal entity (the "User") under this Terms of Service agreement.
If you do not consent to all conditions specified within, you are strictly forbidden from executing the runtime binaries or compiling the source repository. Continuous usage of Voxora AI establishes full legal conformity with these clauses.
2. Local-First Architecture
Voxora AI is engineered strictly under a Zero-Cloud architectural pattern. It initiates its logic loop, UI framework, stream orchestrators, and file-saving buffers strictly within the limits of the physical hardware container of the User.
Our Immutable Guarantees:
- Zero Interception: No automated analytics trackers or cloud database relays are deployed to record prompt inputs, response streams, visual assets, or voice parameters.
- Key Encryption: All provider passwords, integration tokens, and API credentials are kept locally in secure system directories, zero cloud replication.
- Local Database: Document catalogs, metadata logs, and preset profiles reside strictly inside SQLite, YAML, or JSON stores matching local file paths.
3. Provider Key & API Terms
Because Voxora AI operates purely as a dynamic controller and visualization layer, the user must supply direct personal or enterprise API tokens to external AI provider endpoints (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, DeepL, etc.).
Consequently, you acknowledge and agree that you pay API developers directly at cost with zero secondary commissions collected by Voxora Labs. You are responsible for maintaining safe balances, tracking monthly usages, and setting provider spending ceilings. Any service interruption caused by API provider suspension is fully external to the Software.
4. License & Ownership
Voxora Labs grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, fully revocable license to utilize the compiled Software binaries.
Conversely, 100% of all intellectual property, digital content, compiled videos, synthesizing parameters, script outputs, and visual media created by utilizing the orchestration capabilities of the Software are owned fully and permanently by the User under irreversible sovereignty.
5. Acceptable Generation Conduct
You represent and warrant that you will utilize all localized voice synthesis, translation, and image synthesis pipelines in total conformity with local laws and respective API safety constraints.
Generating synthetic media with malicious intent, compiling defamatory or misleading audio overlays, or using stolen identity voice models violates this terms agreement and automatically terminates your local run license immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VOXORA LABS, THE CONTRIBUTING DEVELOPERS, OR SYSTEM SPONSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, CONTRACT CLAIMS, LOSSES, OR THIRD-PARTY EXPENSES ARISING DIRECTLY FROM LOCAL BINARY EXECUTIONS, EXHAUSTED API API LIMITATIONS, OR HARDWARE SYSTEM CONFLICTS.
